If you're kept waiting it would be nice to be informed how much longer you would have to wait. Computerized calling of names would be much better. Difficult to hear your name most of the time. Female doctors are always able to get along with nurses.

Have been waiting half an hour for my appointment to time keeping should be improved. Also my appointment was cancelled last minute yesterday with no explanation why.

You can get an appointment fairly quick. Helpful staff. GP is fantastic - as are the other doctors I've seen.

Difficult to get continuity seeing the same doctor even when using advanced booking. Dr Foley gave me hope getting to grips with my case.
